William S. Brown, CPA, Shareholder, works in small business accounting, personal, partnership and corporate tax planning and preparation, mergers and acquisitions, sales and liquidations.

William W. Elliot, C.P.A., is a shareholder in the firm. He is a University of Kansas graduate with over 30 years experience in public accounting. Bill works primarily with small businesses and individuals in the preparation of compilations of accounting data, preparation of corporate, partnership and individual tax returns, and income tax planning. He has extensive work experience in health care, retail and various other industries. He holds a license to practice in both Missouri and Kansas. Bill is a member of the Missouri Society of Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Robert Miskimins, CPA is a shareholder with the firm. He has over 25 years of experience in serving clients in the healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and restaurant industries. He provides assistance with accounting, income tax planning and preparation for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.

Robert K. Brown, CPA

Ferrell Hansen, CPA, is a shareholder and has over 25 years experience in public accounting. She has been with the firm since 1983. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business, Accounting and Business Administration, from the University of Kansas. She works with small businesses and individuals, assisting them with their accounting, tax planning and tax preparation needs. She has worked with clients in healthcare, engineering, retail, construction, non-profit, and a variety of other closely-held businesses.

Sarah Pinder, CPA has over 25 years experience in public accounting. She has been with the firm since June, 2005. Her emphasis is in small business accounting & income tax planning & preparation for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.

Kim Siefkas, Accountant
Kim has over 20 years experience in public accounting and with this firm for 14 years. She has a bachelor's degree in accounting and management. She performs monthly compilations, payroll, and preparation of corporate, fiduciary, individual, and partnership tax returns. Her specialty is payroll and fiduciary accounting and tax returns

Rebecca J. Floyd, CPA, CFP, has over 30 years experience in public accounting. She has been with the firm since June, 1997. She opened our Grain Valley, MO office in December, 2003. Her expertise is in the construction industry, but she also provides accounting, income tax planning and preparation for individuals, corporations, partnerships and trusts.

Judith Richard, CFPIM, had 29 years experience in corporate accounting and customer service before coming to Floyd R. Brown. She has been with the firm since 1998, and works out of our Grain Valley location. Her expertise is in the restaurant industry. She also provides small business accounting services, as well as tax preparation for individuals, corporations and partnerships. She offers technical assistance with computer programs, and is well-versed in Quickbooks software.

Jamie Gaffney, CPA
Jamie received his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa in 1996, and has been with the firm since 2001. He performs compilations and reviews, as well as preparation of personal and corporate tax returns. He is a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accounts and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Jan Mulligan, Staff Accountant, has over 30 years experience in both the public and private sector. She has been a member of the FRB team for 5 years preparing tax returns, payroll returns and monthly write-up.

Kimberly A. Davis-Rice, CPA, is a life-long resident of Missouri and a UMKC graduate. She has been with the firm's Grain Valley office since January, 2005 and has 20 years of accounting experience. She prepares tax returns for individuals, corporations and partnerships, as well as providing assistance with Quickbooks software.

Carol H. Hayes, Staff Accountant, has recently joined our Grain Valley office with over 25 years of experience in public accounting and corporate tax and finance. She prepares tax returns for individuals, corporations and partnerships, as well as assistance with Quickbooks software.
