REVIEWS AND COMPILATIONS
Reviews are inquiries and analytical procedures to provide limited asurance on financial statements. A review of a financial statement may be a more economical alternative to preforming a financial statement audit, if negative assurance on the financial statements meets the needs of the client and financial statement users. We commonly perform reviews in the construction industry to meet the needs of our clients and their bonding companies.
Compilations are collections and presentations of financial information in the form of a financial statement without expressing assurance. Compilations are designed for private companies that do not have the need for audited or reviewed financial statements. Compilations are frequently prepared on an interim basis, monthly or quarterly, as well as annually.
PAYROLL SERVICES
Our service includes full-service payroll or after-the-fact payroll (for payroll reports only). We will calculate all state and federal taxes, prepare employee payroll checks, supply quarterly and yearly tax reports, and end of the year W-2's. We can help with questions regarding garnishments and notices from federal and state taxing agencies.
